Who We Are & Who We Serve

Aligned Paths exists to bridge the gap between what is, and what is needed—doing so in a way that is accessible, fair, and non-exploitative.

We believe in providing neurodivergent adults, youth, and children with opportunities to succeed in whatever they choose to pursue, and in supporting them in becoming who they want to be.

Too often, people with ADHD and autism are left navigating systems that were not designed with them in mind. This is not a failure of the individual—it is a gap in how education has been structured. At Aligned Paths, we exist to respond to that gap: by creating learning environments that are flexible, personalized, and aligned with how people actually think and learn.

All of our lessons are one-on-one, personalized, and online; this ensures both ease of access, and personal attention to the needs of each student.

We are here to support you in becoming who you have always dreamt you could be, as we collectively reimagine, and recreate, the future of education.

We are a team of dreamers, doers, and innovators; we not only collaborate to imagine, but to create, a better future in healthcare and education. We think outside the boxes that exist, to create a new container for people—who may have felt like they never quite fit into the boxes they were given—to believe in themselves, to grow, and to step into their full potential.

We ground our work in the vision of a world where people feel it is possible to align with—and become—the best versions of themselves.

So many people have always felt they were capable of more, but aren’t quite sure how to bridge the gap between where they are, and who they know they could become. This may show up as a child struggling with algebra, or in an adult who, even in a good life, feels a sense of wanting more—more growth, more alignment, more expression.

For many neurodivergent adults in particular, this can feel like a dream that hasn’t yet been fully defined, but is deeply felt. A sense that there is something more they are meant to step into, but without the structure or support to get there. We get it. This is one reason Aligned Paths places an emphasis on our unique offering of non-academic, adult, educational services.

In essence, we are here to help bridge that gap—to support not only success, but the pursuit of the lives, goals, and dreams that feel meaningful to you. We are here to support you in becoming who you have always dreamt you could be, as we collectively reimagine and recreate the future of education and healthcare.

While we focus on working with individuals with ADHD and ASD (autism), we invite all those who resonate with our vision to connect with us and engage with our services.

A Different Approach to Education

Our Teachers, Instructors, and Tutors “Get It”

Unlike many traditional education services, our educators are not only skilled in their subject areas—they are experienced in working with neurodivergent learners.

This means you don’t have to spend time explaining how your brain works, advocating for your needs, or trying to “fit” into a system that doesn’t work for you. Our team already understands the nuances of ADHD and autism, and approaches learning with that in mind from the start.

For many adults, especially, trying something new—whether that’s academic upgrading, learning a language, or exploring a creative skill—can come with hesitation or self-doubt. We aim to remove those barriers. Our approach is grounded in meeting you where you are, creating a space that feels supportive, and helping you build confidence as you move forward.

A Different Model of Education

Aligned Paths was also created in response to the structural issues within the education industry itself.

Many tutoring companies charge families high hourly rates while paying educators a small fraction of that amount. We believe this model is not only unsustainable, but inequitable.

At Aligned Paths, we take a different approach.

We keep our internal fee minimal (15%) in order to cover operational and administrative costs, while ensuring that the majority of what you pay goes directly to the educator you are working with. This allows us to offer more accessible services for clients, while also creating fair, respectful, and sustainable work for our teachers.

We believe that accessibility should extend to everyone involved—not just those receiving services, but those providing them as well.

And we believe that when individuals are supported in meaningful, aligned ways, it doesn’t just change outcomes—it changes trajectories.

Curious about our counselling services?

In addition to educational services, we offer counselling services, on our healthcare platform. Our registered clinical counsellors (RCCs) work with individuals who know there’s more for them, but haven’t found the right support to get there.
